Hallo lieber Stephan Mosel,tja, da hat Google(r) offensichtlich die Marktlücke und seine tatsächliche Zielgruppe gefunden ;-). Doch warum hat sie kein eigenes Tool, sondern nur eine Reccommondatio Page für die Lehrer zusammen gestellt? Ich meine mit GSchoolar waren sie eigentlich näher an den Erwartungen dran. Was ich hierbei am Interessantesten finde ist links oben zu sehen:
"We're working with WestEd to help educators learn about the newest technologies for their classrooms, and get up to speed on Google tools. Get the scoop on our Nov. 7th Teacher Academy. "
Wahrscheinlich sind solche Zertifikate in Zukunft von allen Web 2.0 Anwendungen zu erwarten und dann kann man seine Kompetenzen auch in den kleinen Badgets äußern ;-)

Naja, hilfreich fand ich die Anmerkungen, wie man diese Tools denn nun im Edu-Bereich einsetzen kann, und was andere Educators dazu sagen.

OK. ich rudere zurück. Gerade hat mich zum Beispiel Sketch-Up eines Besseren belehrt. Gerade die How-Tos bzw. die Verankerung in den amerikanischen Lehrplan halte ich für Lehrer hilfreich. (Just in thought: Viel spass bei der lokalisierten Version für den deutschsprachigen Raum ;-)) Von daher hast Du vollkommen recht. Es ist bemerkenswert und hilfreich.
